Questions
Who is Reportlyra for?▾
Individual businesses that want SEO monitoring, ad creation, and reporting in one place — and digital agencies that manage multiple client brands. Whether you're a solo founder or a 20-person agency, you get SEO audits, BrandScan, Ad Studio, PDF reports, pipeline, tasks, and workflow automations without juggling separate tools.
What are SEO audits?▾
Reportlyra's SEO audit scans your homepage across six weighted categories — meta, content, technical, performance, security, and social/discovery. You get an overall score (0–100), per-category breakdowns, and AI-generated recommendations. For every failing check, a fix helper provides step-by-step remediation with code snippets and tool suggestions. Audits generate branded PDFs you can email to clients or make visible on their portal. You can schedule audits monthly and they count toward your plan's limit.
What is BrandScan?▾
BrandScan is Reportlyra's AI ads workflow: enter a website URL, we crawl the content, and AI produces structured brand analysis — strategy, positioning, audiences, tone, USPs, and competitive context. For online stores, ecommerce mode auto-detects bestsellers, categories, and price ranges. From there, we generate ad variations per channel (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, X) with copy and creatives tuned to each platform's formats. AI also suggests audience targeting — geo, demographics, interests — so your campaigns launch with smart defaults.
What is Ad Studio?▾
Ad Studio is the creative workspace inside Reportlyra. BrandScan is usually the starting point (URL → analysis → draft ads). After that, you refine on the canvas, define audience targeting with AI suggestions, schedule on the calendar, send time-limited links for approval, and publish to Google or Meta — or export a ZIP with assets and guidance for LinkedIn and X.
What report types are available?▾
Four report types: Monthly reports (aggregating GA4, ad performance, Lighthouse, SEO, and screenshots), GA4 analytics reports (traffic, top pages, devices, geography), Ad Performance reports (per-platform metrics for Google, Meta, LinkedIn, X), and SEO audit reports (score, checks, AI recommendations, fix report). All generate branded PDFs with scheduling and email delivery.
What data can I connect?▾
Google Ads, Google Analytics 4, and Meta via OAuth where configured. Connections are scoped per client workspace.
Can I white-label reports and emails with my brand?▾
Yes. Upload your logo, icon, and accent colour in organization settings. Custom branding on PDF reports unlocks from the Pro plan; custom branding on email deliveries and the client portal unlocks from Agency. Business and Free plans use default Reportlyra branding.
What is the difference between approval links and the client hub?▾
Approval links are time-limited URLs for sign-off on specific ad sets — clients review, comment, and approve without an account. The client hub is an optional always-on page at your chosen slug: you can show sections for reports, SEO audits, approvals, pipeline, and campaigns, add optional password protection and branding, and collect structured feedback. Use both: hubs for ongoing visibility, links for focused reviews.
Does BrandScan work for e-commerce sites?▾
It does. BrandScan automatically detects online stores and switches to ecommerce mode, extracting bestsellers, product categories, and price ranges alongside the standard brand analysis. The resulting ad copy and targeting suggestions are tuned to real inventory and buyer intent.
What's the difference between Business and Agency plans?▾
The Business plan is for individual businesses managing their own brand — you get SEO audits, BrandScan, Ad Studio, reporting, and publishing at a lower price point without multi-client features. Agency plans (Pro, Agency, Scale) add multi-client workspaces, team seats, a client approval portal, and pipeline tools for managing many brands.
Do pipeline, tasks, the client hub, and automations cost extra?▾
They are part of the product workspace and are not sold as separate add-ons. Paid plans differ mainly by limits (clients, campaigns, BrandScans, SEO audits, AI generations) and by reporting, scheduling, the approval portal, and publishing gates — see pricing for details.
